I’m very keen to complete the Glory of the Hero achievement so I can get a red proto-drake mount. To complete this achievement, all 39 heroic dungeon achievements must be earned. Painfully.

So I was thinking wouldn’t it be nice to have a list of guiildies who are also want a red proto-drake, and to know what heroic dungeon achievements they have completed so far?

I’m keen. How do I get my name on the list?
Send me an ingame mail message (to Lightdreamer) or PST me when I’m on. Initially I will get your heroic dungeon achievements via the WOW Armory website. All I ask of you is to keep me informed of any new heroic dungeon achievements.

How often will this spreadsheet be updated?
I’ll update my database when you PST me or send me an ingame mail message listing your new achievements. I will create a new spreadsheet once or twice a week, or more frequent updates if this takes off.

How long will this spreadsheet be kept up to date?
. Until there is little guild interest, or
. Until I get bored.

Who will be organising dungeon runs?
You. There spreadsheet is there to help you ask people who are also keen. If you have completed a particular dungeon achievement, please come; your knowledge will be invaluable to other guildies requiring the same achievement.

That said I or others may post achievement runs in the Guild Calendar if nothing else is on.

What’s this reward I’m hearing?
To make it ‘interesting’ I’ll give 400 gold each to the first two guildies to get their Red Proto-Drake. There will also be a complimentary prize of 400 gold prize for the guildie who has completed the most heroic dungeon achievements that counts towards getting the red proto-drake from 16 May to when the competition closes. This 'complementary prize' is for those who are just setting out getting the drake achievement, and thus is behind the proverbial "eight ball" compared to other well established level 80 toons. Conditions apply for all prizes.

The Conditions/Rules
. Please note this is a fun event, so if I see any bad sportsmanship, bad behaviour etc in relation to this competition guildies may find themselves excluded from receiving a prize.
. One prize per guildie ie a guildie cannot claim more than one prize across multiple toons, or claim multiple prizes with one toon.
. Open to current guildies/toons only as at 15 May 2009. New guildies/toons that join our guild are excluded.
. for a toon to qualify for 1st and 2nd place, from the starting date (16 May) he/she must require at least a further 20 heroic dungeon achievements to get the drake.
. I've never run this sort of thing before, so I might vary these term as I see fit to ensure fairness, improve the fun factor etc. If you got an idea on how to improve this competition, let me know!
. All decision made by me are final (as its my gold I am giving away).
